1. Who we are

Scrolltide ("Scrolltide," "we," "us") operates scrolltide.co, a library of website templates and AI prompts. By creating an account, copying a prompt, or purchasing a plan, you agree to these Terms.

2. What you're buying

Every item in the library is a digital product — a prompt (and, where noted, its source code) that you paste into an AI tool or use directly to build a website. Nothing is shipped physically; access is instant.

The library has two tiers. The core library is included with every plan. The 3D templates, components and scenes are included with Yearly and Lifetime only and are not part of Monthly access. Items in the 3D collection are badged “Yearly & Lifetime” wherever they appear.

Monthly access is additionally subject to a fair-use limit of 10 new premium templates per week, counted per template rather than per download: free templates are excluded, and re-opening a template already unlocked on the account does not count again. The limit resets weekly. Yearly and Lifetime access is not subject to it.

Customers who purchased before either the tier distinction or the fair-use limit was introduced retain unrestricted access to the entire library on any plan.

3. License — personal and client use only

A paid plan grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the templates and prompts to build websites for your own personal projects or for your clients as part of paid client work. There is no limit on the number of personal or client sites you may build while your plan is active.

This license does not permit you to:

• Resell, redistribute, or sublicense any template or prompt — as a whole, in part, or modified — as its own product, template, theme, or prompt pack.
• Use Scrolltide's preview videos, demo footage, screenshots, or other marketing assets for your own promotion, portfolio, or social media — including posting or repurposing them to advertise your own work or services.
• Present a purchased template or prompt, unmodified, as your own original design work when showcasing it publicly.
• Use the templates or prompts to build a competing template library, prompt marketplace, or resale catalog.

Websites you build using a template — for yourself or a client — are yours (or your client's) to use, deploy, and monetize freely. The restriction is on redistributing our source templates/prompts and marketing assets themselves, not on the sites you create with them.

4. Accounts

Some actions (copying more than one free template, or anything beyond a free template) require an account. You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity that happens under your account.

5. Payment & plans

Prices are shown in USD on the pricing page. Payments are processed by a third-party payment provider; we never see or store your full card details. All purchases are digital and delivered instantly — see our Refunds & Returns policy.

Monthly and Yearly are recurring subscriptions. By purchasing either, you authorise us to charge your payment method the same amount automatically at the end of each billing period — every 30 days for Monthly and every 12 months for Yearly — until you cancel. Renewal charges continue indefinitely until cancelled.

You may cancel at any time from the account menu on this site. Cancellation stops all future charges; it does not refund the current period, and your access continues until that period ends. Lifetime is a single non-recurring payment.

If a renewal payment fails, the payment provider may retry it. Access remains active until the paid period ends, after which it stops.

6. No warranty

Templates and prompts are provided "as is." AI-generated output can vary between tools and model versions — we don't guarantee a specific AI tool will reproduce a template exactly, though prompts are written to minimize that risk.

7. Changes

We may update these Terms as the product evolves. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
