Monthly's fair-use limit counts new premium templates only — free templates never count, and re-opening something you have already unlocked never counts again. It resets weekly, and the page shows how many you have left before you open anything.
Monthly and Yearly are subscriptions — they renew automatically at $29 every 30 days and $129 every 12 months until you cancel. Cancel any time from the account menu; access then runs to the end of the period you've already paid for. Lifetime is a single payment and never renews.
